RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

As Yahya Efendi Baklavaları, the products sold through www.yahyaefendibaklavalari.com are considered fresh food products.

Therefore, in accordance with current Turkish legislation, there is no right of withdrawal for perishable food products with a short expiration date.

Our baklava and all our dessert products;

are products that are produced and prepared with freshness as the priority,

are subject to hygienic conditions,

and cannot be resold.

In this context;

► For pistachio baklava, walnut baklava, cold baklava, and all dessert products,

the right of withdrawal and return is not accepted.

However, the following situations are exceptions:

If your order;

receives the wrong product,

receives incomplete products,

is clearly damaged during transport,

in these cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date.

Following this notification, an investigation will be conducted;

Product exchange,

completion of missing products,

or a suitable compensation method will be provided.

Returns and exchanges are not possible in the following cases:

If the product packaging has been opened,

If the product has been consumed or partially consumed,

If it has been stored under unsuitable conditions after delivery,

If the 24-hour notification period has expired,

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in these cases.

Important Information

The right of withdrawal granted to consumers in distance sales does not apply to food products that are perishable or likely to expire.
